Directions

As a dietary supplement, take four (4) tablets daily, two (2) tablets 1/2 hour before breakfast and two (2) tablets 1/2 hour before lunch or four (4) tablets all at once with a meal.

Other Ingredients

Dextrose, coating (modified corn starch, glycerin), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin and caramel color.
